1. The service
Koersa is a crypto portfolio tracker and Belgian tax helper, operated by Adrien Hecq, based in Belgium and acting as an individual. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Koersa is currently in beta. The service can evolve: features may be added, changed or removed as development progresses.
2. Not tax, legal or financial advice
The information and calculations provided by Koersa are for information purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal or financial advice. Koersa is not a tax adviser, a law firm or a financial institution. Calculations are made on the basis of the data you provide and of the tax rules as we understand them on the date of the calculation; they in no way guarantee acceptance by the FPS Finance, your bank or any other institution. For any specific situation, consult a qualified professional. Koersa accepts no liability for losses arising directly or indirectly from the use of the information or reports provided.
3. Your account
- An account is personal: one person, one account.
- You provide an accurate email address and keep it up to date.
- You keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Koersa.
4. Free and paid tiers
The free tier includes manual portfolio tracking, holdings, charts and the tax verdict.
The paid tier, once payments open, includes CSV import, the full tax breakdown, declaration codes and the PDF report. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape the service or extract it by automated means;
- abuse the service or disrupt its operation;
- store illegal content on it;
- attempt to access other users' data.
6. Ownership
Your data stays yours: transactions, history, exports. Koersa keeps ownership of its software, its brand and the site content.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but no service level (SLA) is guaranteed during the beta. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt the service.
8. Liability
Koersa's liability is limited to the extent Belgian law permits. Koersa is in no event liable for indirect losses. The figures produced by the service are informational, as set out in section 2.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: all your data is erased. Koersa may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
Changes to these terms are announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
